About me
My name is Emmanuel Rollings-Kamara, I am a qualified integrative Therapist, Counsellor and Coach, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My aim is to encourage individuals to take their mental health as seriously as they do their physical health. Providing a safe environment for them to tell their individual stories. I help people on their personal journey to find harmony, direction, value, purpose or whatever they need to enable them to make change where necessary and realise their goals.
My approach
I work using the Personal Consultancy model, a framework that allows me to respond to your needs, whether it be Coaching, Counselling, Therapy or a combination. This model allows me to support you in a systematic way without you being obliged to commit to one approach.
I will provide a non-judgemental environment, and listen to you tell your story before we work together to explore issues of your choosing, allowing you to make and maintain concrete changes in your life.
I am currently only offering on-line sessions
How can I help?
I provide pre-booked weekly sessions, 50 minute long, to allow us to work together.
There is no limit to how many sessions you can have, but this will be regularly reviewed together to ensure you are still benefiting from the sessions.
